SofiePrint ships to addresses within the United States. We are committed to delivering your HP printers and scanners quickly and securely. This policy outlines our shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and what to expect when you place an order.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is available on all orders totaling ninety-nine dollars or more before tax. Orders under ninety-nine dollars are subject to a flat shipping fee of five dollars and ninety-nine cents. All orders are subject to sales tax of eight percent. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes three to seven business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Expedited shipping options may be available for select products and locations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status at any time by visiting the My Orders page on our website.

We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. Due to the nature of printer and scanner products, some items may ship in oversized packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier at the time of receipt.
